Islamic countries and War.
Throughout history, in Islamic countries, Muslim people were known as war-prone, especially in the early 2010s, several terror attacks happened in many counties as well as in the UK, which were known as started by Muslim terrorist groups. There were videos spread on the internet of the bombing moment recorded by these terrorists and they all started with the same word "Allahu Akbar", which means Allah is only and this saying started awaking fear in everyone hearing it, which is also started Islamaphobia.

With this project, I wanted to highlight this war situation, but, unlike most of the media, I aimed to shed a light on its mental health side. Ever wondered what Muslim people are going through because they are labeled as terrorists and also they are facing a war situation almost every year in this modern world with the rest of the world and even with each other?

More information
According to The Washington Post, the bulk of conflicts around the globe is fought in largely-Muslim nations, with Muslims primarily attacking each other.
There were six civil wars around the globe in 2012. Afghanistan, Pakistan, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, and Yemen are all Muslim nations where these events occurred. Seven of the nine rebel organizations involved in these clashes were Islamist.

Border conflicts, the Middle East's geopolitical importance between East and West, and oil — the latter two occasionally encouraging great countries to become involved for good or ill – are all reasons claimed for recurrent violent conflict among Muslims.

Muslims are mostly in conflict with one another, rather than with the West.
While assaults on non-Muslims receive more attention in the Western media, the vast majority of Islamist insurgencies battle governments in Muslim-dominated nations. In reality, Muslim nations have claimed more than 90% of the deaths in all civil conflicts over the last three years, mainly in Syria, but also in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Let's be clear: not all Muslims live in nations where civil war is raging. In truth, the vast majority of them do not. Only three of the ten nations with the greatest Muslim populations — Pakistan, Nigeria, and Iraq — experienced civil war in 2014. (That is the most recent year for which data is available from the Uppsala Conflict Data Program.)
The remaining seven nations, which include Indonesia, India, Bangladesh, and Egypt, four of the five countries with the world's biggest Muslim populations, haven't had civil conflict in at least a decade.

Mental health side of a war
According to a 2020 Arab youth study, roughly a third of all young people in 15 Arab nations know at least one individual suffering from mental illness.

According to Kanafani, research reveals that Tunisia, Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon, and Iraq have high rates of depression.
97.5 percent of Gaza's 10 to 19-year-olds have PTSD, a mental health disorder caused by seeing or experiencing a terrible incident.
Mental illness has increased as a result of the Palestinian dilemma and other key events in the Middle East.
According to a World Bank research from 2021, almost 1 billion people worldwide suffer from mental diseases, yet more than 75% of individuals with psychological problems do not receive treatment.
