What is the idea behind the project and the meaning behind the main object?
The main piece of the exhibition is an old phone with buttons such as pixelated screen Nokias. Because it is known as the safest way to get in touch with a soldier from the war zone. The reason why they are safe is, that with smartphones these days, it is easier to leak substantial data and location info. Also, because, it is the only way to get in touch with your loved one who is in a war zone

What is the red spotlight coming out of each phone stand for?
Red is a bold primary colour. The project's main purpose is to reflect on the mental health side of war. The colour research done in the progress of the project proved that choosing RED as the colour of the spotlights is the right decision, because, it awakes anxiety, excitement, fear, and anger when it especially shines directly on you/surrounds you.
As you may already experience from the exhibition space, text messages are coming on and off at the same time as the red light. Especially the red words turn the neutral/good message into a bad one. This means that red stands for bad news from the loved one who is in the war zone.

Why do we choose a green transparent wall instead of a solid one?
The colour green stands for peace, calmness, pureness, and stillness.
The meaning behind it is, how the media reflects the truth to the people, the rest of the world, as the red spotlights show up as green. This means the media masking the truth, it is not as it seems from the outside.
However, it is in your hands to come inside, face the truth, learn more, experience more, and even make a small change in a good way.
